TruePrint will make reasonable efforts to obtain clear and usable fingerprints and submit information according to the applicable requirements.
However, TruePrint does not guarantee that:
A fingerprint submission will be accepted by a particular agency.
A background check will produce a particular result.
A licensing application will be approved.
Immigration, employment, professional licensing, or other applications will be approved.
An agency will process a submission within a specific timeframe unless that timeframe is expressly guaranteed in writing by TruePrint.
If fingerprints are rejected because of fingerprint quality and the applicable service includes a reprint or resubmission opportunity, TruePrint will follow the applicable procedures for that service.
4. Background Checks
TruePrint may assist customers with submitting fingerprints or information for background-check processing.
TruePrint does not control the contents, accuracy, timing, or final determination of a background check conducted by a government agency, law-enforcement agency, licensing organization, employer, or third-party background-check provider.
TruePrint does not make employment, licensing, immigration, security-clearance, or other eligibility decisions.
5. Agency and Licensing Requirements
Customers are responsible for determining exactly what fingerprinting or documentation their receiving agency requires.
